All Celebrity Army hoodies are made to order. Once an order is placed, production begins shortly thereafter.
Because each item is produced specifically for the customer:

Orders may only be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase

After production begins, orders cannot be canceled or changed

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including suspected fraud or misuse of our policies.
